READING, PA — NAI Keystone announced the sale of 249 Penn St., Reading, formerly known as the Inter-City bus terminal. Kyle McKechnie, vice president of sales & leasing at NAI Keystone, states the transaction was officially settled on Friday, May 10th. The property was sold by C.R.B., Inc., not affiliated with Bieber Transportation Group, and purchased by DeCarlo’s Bar & Grill, located at 240 Penn St. In addition to securing parking for the establishment, the buyer plans on leasing the former terminal. “We are excited about the versatility the space has to offer to a variety of different types of businesses seeking a prominent downtown location with onsite parking.
