BOGOTA, NJ — From underutilized parcel to a new community – the journey of the River Club, now under construction in Bogota, NJ, is one of patience, persistence and flexible design. The mixed-use complex at West Fort Lee Rd. and the Hackensack River will include 421 luxury apartments, from studios through 3 bedrooms, including 42 affordable units, adding much-needed density to the region.
