NAI CIR completed the following PA transactions: Derry Shopping Center, LLC purchased this 30,800+/-s/f retail space located in Swatara Twp. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR represented the seller and Mike Braddock of RE/MAXRealty Professionals, Inc. represented the buyer. The 10,694 s/f industrial flex property at 299 North Sherman St. in York Cty. has been sold to SAR Propco 299, LLC from JLM Real Estate Investment LLC.
