PITTSBURGH, PA — The Davis Companies has signed a 10-year lease with national law firm Jackson Kelly PLLC in the Union Trust Building located at 501 Grant St. in Pittsburgh. Jason Stewart and Jackie Bezek of JLL represented The Davis Companies in this transaction. Jackson Kelly’s Pittsburgh office will join other prestigious firms which have located in the building, including Pepper Hamilton, Blank Rome, Frost Brown Todd, Marshall Dennehey, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, TrueFit, Carnegie Learning and First Commonwealth Bank. The Davis Companies is particularly excited about this transaction, as the law firm will be occupying over 12,000 RSF of the unique and dynamic two story quad space on the 10th and 11th floors of the building.
