IBS’s Volunteer Time Off program: • Supports volunteer activities that enhance and serve the communities in which IBS team members live and work. • Supports communities that are impacted by disasters. • Addresses issues that impact quality of life. • Enhances the lives of IBS team members. All regular full-time and part-time IBS employees can volunteer up to 30 hours (four days) per calendar year with a nonprofit organization in accordance with IBS’s giving and volunteering guidelines. The intention of this program is to create community engagement opportunities that are meaningful, purposeful and help those in need. At the same time, IBS recognizes that participating in these activities will also enrich and inspire the lives of its employees. “Community” is not defined as just local community but may encompass a global perspective.
