PITTSBURGH, PA — Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Inc. announced the promotions of Kim Batchelor, John Jackson and Sam McGill to the role and title of senior vice president. Batchelor joined the commercial real estate services firm in 2011 as a brokerage and leasing manager responsible for representing both landlords and tenants. A repeat recipient of the CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award, Batchelor now oversees a portfolio of office and flex properties totaling nearly 1.5 million s/f. Her current clients include: McKnight Realty Partners, JDI Realty, Market Street Real Estate Partners and Verizon of Pennsylvania. Jackson joined the brokerage and leasing team as a vice president in 2012 and concentrates his efforts in the leasing of urban retail agency assignments. He also performs a variety of tenant advisory and portfolio evaluations including analysis, marketing, leasing, and purchasing of commercial properties. Jackson also has successfully repositioned mixed-use developments within the urban core.
