ALLENTOWN, PA — Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction for 7,000 s/f with The General Services Administration (GSA) to have the 2020 Census locate in The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center, 3900 Hamilton Blvd. in Allentown. The lease was signed in June 2018 and The Census will occupy the space in June 2019. Jonathan Epstein, CCIM, formerly of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. represented the landlord for this transaction.
