What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Two fellow JLL colleagues and I were appointed as exclusive leasing agents on a 1.6 million s/f agency in Newark, NJ in December of 2018. A joint venture acquired 1, 2, and 4 Gateway Center with plans for a multimillion dollar modernization to the complex’s concourse and streetscape. The deal is considered to be New Jersey’s largest office transaction of 2018. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? Four years ago I started my career in commercial real estate; I was hired by one of the most successful and respected teams within the industry, a team I am still lucky enough to be working with today.
