What is your most notable project, deal or transaction?
Our company handles many listings for Cedar Realty Trust including two adjacent centers in Trexlertown, PA which I am the lead broker. Trexlertown used to be a market with limited retail and in the past few years in these centers we have done a dozen deals from great regionals to strong national tenants. It has been a great experience to watch the retail market grow and become a desirable market. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? The retail commercial real estate industry is a small world and your reputation is a large part of your business. No matter what I am working on, I always try to maintain a positive attitude and be pleasant. People are more likely to help you and make deals happen when they enjoy working with you.
