What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
Closing on the sale of a former 120,000 s/f (4.5 acre) industrial site in Garwood, NJ, which had an extensive environmental remediation incorporated into the sale terms. The site was ultimately purchased by Garden Homes, who plans to redevelop the property as a multi-family and retail, transit-oriented village, which will put Garwood on the map as a desirable commuter town between Cranford and Westfield.
What is your most notable project, deal or transaction?
The sale of 70 Jackson Drive (a 168,000 s/f office/industrial property in the Cranford Business Park) to a National import/export company that sells artificial Christmas trees – the ones you see in Home Depot.
