PERTH AMBOY, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its arranged the purchase of 144 Grant St. in Perth Amboy, a 62,000 s/f industrial building. Leo Esses, senior vice president of BRC, represented the buyer, Gourmet Nut, which bought the property for $4.6 million. The seller, Riverview Management LLC, was represented in-house. "Gourmet Nut will receive a $12 million grant from the State of New Jersey for relocating its operations from Brooklyn, which I also arranged," noted Esses. “The company expects to create 100 new jobs.”
