TINTON FALLS, NJ — The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent $14,250,000 sale of an office building with 132,272 gross s/f at 106 Apple St. in Tinton Falls, Monmouth County. Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis on behalf of the seller, Reidhass L.P., a longtime client, with senior vice president Barry Waisbrod handling the assignment. Waisbrod also procured the purchaser, Apple Street Holdings LLC, a NYC-based investor. The multi-tenanted office building consists of two attached structures on a 10.4-acre site. One side includes a three-story building with 67,272 s/f built in 1971. The other side includes a two-story building with 65,000 s/f built in 1986. Together, the attached structures total 132,272 s/f. The gross leasable area is 124,671 s/f.
