FREDERICK, MD — St. John Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate development company with more than 19 million s/f of space, has broken ground on three buildings within Arcadia Business Park in Frederick, totaling nearly 200,000 s/f of Flex/R&D and bulk/warehouse space. Representing Phase I of the construction for the 61-acre business community situated at MD Route 85 (Buckeystown Pike) and Arcadia Drive, the project is configured to support approximately 600,000 s/f of space among eight buildings. Each of the three buildings now under construction will be delivered in summer 2019.
