NEWARK & SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ — Greg Sholom & Ron Sholom, along with David Cantor leased +/- 42,500 s/f at 170 Passaic St. a.k.a. 158 – 262 Passaic St. in Newark to Henkels & McCoy, an engineering and construction contractor that designs, builds and maintains infrastructure for the utility and telecommunications market. “H&M wanted a facility with a large yard, centrally located to a number of ongoing projects,” said Greg Sholom, “And this fit the bill perfectly.” Team Resources represented the landlord, while Paris Realty represented the tenant in this transaction. Eric Lewin, senior executive VP completed two lease deals for L&W Supply Corp. The first one, a lease renewal of +/- 32,000 s/f at their current location of 14 Central Blvd. in South Hackensack. In addition, L&W leased an additional +/- 32,000 s/f building located at 25 Empire Blvd. in South Hackensack, adjacent to their current facility.
