Procision sells the Cabin City Motel in Cape May County


CAPE MAY COUNTY, NJ — Procision Business Brokers, a division of Procision Commercial Realty, represented the owner in the recent sale of the 34-unit Cabin City Motel in lower Cape May County. Positioned just outside of Cape May, the year-round business is ideally situated on the corner of Route 9 and Ferry Rd. in Lower Twp.
