PHILADELPHIA, PA — On behalf of Port Richmond Self Storage, Binswanger announced the sale of their 48,000 s/f industrial property on 6.49 acres located at 2625 and 2503R Wheatsheaf Ln. The property was purchased as an investment by J Ellis Real Estate Development LLC for $3.95 million. The transaction was handled by Chris Pennington, senior VP of Binswanger’s Philadelphia office.
