ELMWOOD PARK, NJ — As part of Lee & Associates continued retail, office and industrial brokerage expansion, company CEO and principal Brian Lynch has announced that Josh Krantz has been appointed senior VP. In his new position, Krantz will be involved in building up the retail and management division. Krantz, a 40 year veteran in commercial real estate, joins Lee & Associates with extensive experience, including roles in every facet of the commercial real estate industry from sales, leasing, ground up development, redevelopment, brokerage, court receiver, and management. He brings a wealth of experience in client management, negotiations and exceeding client expectations and a sound knowledge of the New Jersey retail, office and industrial market. “My first priority is to strengthen and grow the existing retail division as Lee & Associates expands its footprint throughout New Jersey” said Krantz.
