Klear, who was formerly a vice president with the firm, is based out of the Mount Laurel, New Jersey headquarters. For more than a decade, Klear has specialized in industrial sales and leasing throughout southern New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia market. “Jonathan is such a respected member of our NAI Mertz family, and it is a great pleasure to announce his promotion to this well-deserved position,” said Barry Mertz, CEO, NAI Mertz. “Jonathan’s many contributions to our firm and our industry deserve to be recognized, and we look forward to watching his continued success,” he added.
