YORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate announced that Health Transport Partners, Inc. (HTP), an ambulance and wheelchair van service, leased 3,570 s/f at 150 Farm Ln. in York. The 18,273 s/f, class B office building is located at the intersection of South Queen St. and Leader Heights Rd., near I-83. Dave Bode and Kevin Hodge, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
“The space on Farm Lane is terrific for HTP due to its optimal mix of office and garage space, close proximity to many of York’s healthcare facilities, ample parking, and the availability of additional space for expansion,” said Ted Hake, president and CEO of HTP. “We currently have a fleet of six vehicles and will initially employ 15 associates.”
In other ROCK news, the company has hired Stacey Ankrum as project coordinator. Prior to joining ROCK, Ankrum spent two years with The Manor Group in York, serving as property and leasing manager, and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016.
