Binswanger's Pennington negotiates sale of 51,000 s/f retail/flex building in Phila.


PHILADELPHIA, PA — Binswanger announced the sale of three properties in Philadelphia: a 51,000 s/f retail/flex building on 1.93 acres located at 2440 East Venango St.; a 35,000 s/f warehouse facility on 2.91 acres located 2460-50 Wheatsheaf Ln. and a .89 acre development site located at 2639/2651 Wheatsheaf Ln. 2440 East Venango St. is constructed of masonry walls, has ceiling heights to 15' clear and features seven docks and parking for 125 vehicles. HLS New Investment LLC purchased the property from Aramingo Group for $22.45 million and has hired Binswanger to lease the facility. 2640-50 Wheatsheaf Ln. features 36' ceiling heights, 3-phase power, three 10-ton cranes, two 12' x 12' drive-in doors, one 18' x 12' drive-in door and is zoned I-2 (General Industrial). The property was sold by Copart of Connecticut, Inc. to Phat Mot for $2.2 million. 2339/2651 Wheatsheaf Ln. is a land parcel zoned I-2 (General Industrial). George Manosis or Assignee purchased the site from Wheatsheaf Lane, LLC for $500,000.
