Schlesier joins us as vice president of estimating, leading and managing his team’s efforts for the preparation and timely delivery of cost reports and cost deliverables. Schlesier’s experience sets the stage for a cohesive, collaborative team environmental for each and every Hollister project. Bruce brings executive management experience in estimating, scheduling, cost controls, building design and construction with over 30 years of experience. He has assisted companies nationwide and in Canada to prepare a foundation for solid growth by developing procedures, policies, training, and management mechanisms.
