GLEN MILLS, PA — High Construction received a $12 million contract to build a Home2 Suites in Concord Twp. (Glen Mills), Delaware County. The all-suite hotel will be located at 75 Applied Bank Blvd. The owner and developer of the project is J’s MVP Hospitality Glen Mills, an affiliate of Roch Capital Inc., Glen Mills. The project architect is Newcomer Associates of Chambersburg; and the civil engineer is Bohler Engineering of Chalfont. The new four-story hotel will include 109 suites with fully equipped kitchens, a state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, indoor pool, and outdoor living area. Construction of the 69,900 s/f hotel will be completed in summer 2019. Site work by Nick Falcone & Sons Inc. began in early August and grading of the site is currently underway.
