WILMINGTON, DE — La Tolteca is now open at its new location in Concord Square Shopping Center in Wilmington. The local Mexican restaurant moved its Wilmington restaurant from its former location in the Fairfax Shopping Center into its new building, formerly a Chili’s restaurant, at 4147 Concord Pike. NAI Emory Hill commercial real estate agents Jim O’Hara Jr., Jim O’Hara III and Kevin O’Hara represented the tenant in the lease of the 5,800 s/f building.
