Whole Foods Market opens at mixed-use development

Shoppes at Belmont is reaching capacity


LANCASTER, PA — Shoppes at Belmont, the unique mixed-use development bringing exceptional retail options to Fruitville Pike in Lancaster, is reaching capacity. Over 94% of the retail center has been leased. The highly anticipated opening of Whole Foods was on June 27, making it the first in Lancaster County. The following retailers and restaurant chains are already open for business: Carters, Chick Fil – A, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Finch Jewelers, Fine Wine & Good Spirits Shoppe, Jersey Mikes, Lane Bryant, Michaels, Mod Pizza, Nordstrom Rack, Normans Hallmark, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, PF Changs, P.J. Whelihans, Rack Room Shoes, Starbucks, Target, T-Mobile, Ulta, Yealy Optical and Zoe’s Kitchen. Store openings will continue through the summer. Core Life Eatery is coming on June 21. The new Whole Foods Market will feature products from over 50 local suppliers. The 40,000 s/f store brings about 120 jobs to the area.
