SHIP BOTTOM, NJ — Walters Homes, an award-winning custom design/build firm, is constructing a new office building to bring four of its divisions under one roof. The office facility will be located near the entrance and exit point to Long Beach Island at 701 Central Ave. in Ship Bottom. The two-story 5,790 s/f building will house a Walters Homes sales office, Walters Realty, Walters Architecture LLC and design center. The building is expected to be completed in the summer 2019. This will be the second sales location for Walters Homes, which maintains a sales office at 880 Mill Creek Rd. in Manahawkin and corporate offices in Barnegat. “This will be an ideal location to serve clients looking to build a new home in the Long Beach Island region,” said Matthew Gaudett-Walters, sales associate. “Each of our four divisions offers unique resources to assist clients, including sales, design guidance, land acquisition, teardown opportunities as well as mortgage and title insurance services.
