NEW CASTLE, DE — Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic market announced the completion of a 43,625 s/f industrial lease on behalf of FS.com at 300 Centerpoint Blvd. in New Castle. FS.com is a leading communication systems integrator and optical solutions provider based in Renton, Washington. The company will occupy office and warehouse space in the 119,890 s/f building, which is owned by Centerpoint 300, LLC. This is their first location on the east coast. Greg Ellis, CCIM, principal at Patterson-Woods, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. He was referred to FS.com by Arne Svendsen of The Andover Company, Inc., a brokerage in Renton, Washington.
