EDGEWOOD, NJ — Edward Schein and Jeffrey M. Fulton leased a total of +/- 284,000 s/f in Ledgwood, to Farren International. Farren originally took 176,000 s/f. but quickly realized they needed much more. In two quick expansion moves they brought the total under lease in the building to 284,000 s/f. “Due to business growth, Farren International was able to expand twice at its current location. This building provided the tenant with direct highway access and it was able to accommodate Farren as it continues its growth,” said Ed. Nick Nitti of CBRE represented the landlord.
