PERTH AMBOY, NJ — The New Jersey office of Duke Realty Corporation, one of the nation’s leading, domestic-only, pure-play industrial property REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), has leased ePort 960, a 220,200 s/f warehouse located at 960 High St. in Perth Amboy. Duke Realty acquired ePort 960 late last year as part of a 3.1 million s/f portfolio that included six completed buildings and two development sites located along the I-95 corridor. Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, a furniture delivery and fulfillment service, leased the entire building, bringing Duke Realty’s entire New Jersey in-service portfolio to 100% occupancy. “Demand for warehouse space in New Jersey continues to be strong, particularly for modern properties in close proximity to the New York metropolitan area,” said Ben Rosen, vice president of leasing and development. “ePort 960, as well as our other buildings along the I-95 corridor, are among the newest and most functional buildings in the market and perfectly suited for last-mile fulfilment operations.
