The property, located at 100 Freeway Dr. in Blackwood is situated on 3.7 acres, has 18’ clear ceilings, and approximately 5,000 s/f of office space. Colliers’ Marc Isdaner represented the buyer, FLCR, LLC in this transaction, which was financed by Bank of Hope. The seller, Colfin Cobalt I-II, LLC was represented by Flynn Company’s David Ricci and Tony Rod. Colliers International’s Ian Richman recently concluded two sales transactions in Southern New Jersey. 75 Erie St., Camden: The 17-acre land parcel was purchased by a private developer for $1.1 million. No development plans have been disclosed at this juncture, but this site provides numerous development opportunities with unmatched waterfront views of the Center City skyline. Camden has been the beneficiary of the Grow NJ tax incentive program with numerous companies relocating their corporate headquarters to the City. This site is just around the corner from the billion-dollar Liberty Property Trust waterfront development project. The seller was Agathon Realty. Richman was the sole broker in this transaction.
