CENTRAL PA — RGS Associates announced the promotion of Olivia Horst to project engineer-in-training (EIT). As an EIT, she is responsible for stormwater management design and permitting, NPDES permitting, as well as plan drafting and report creation. Recent projects in which Horst played a key role include Lime Spring Square, Lancaster; Sheetz, Airport Road in Lititz; and Traditions of America, Lititz. Horst joined RGS in 2016 having earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Widener University. Horst works on the project team led by Chris Venarchick – client manager / senior associate.
