KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA) held its annual convention at he the Wyndham Gettysburg in early June. The event provided an opportunity to introduce its new officers, and present special awards to those who have made outstanding contributions to the title industry in Pennsylvania. Taking the reigns as the 2018-2019 president of the PLTA is Danielle Chamberlain, CLTP an assistant VP and agency representative with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Blue Bell. In her acceptance speech, Chamberlains said, "I know it has been a challenging time for all of us, especially our agents as they try to adapt to the many changes facing us. I encourage you all to continue the professionalism you always display when changes are thrown at you – and to chart your own course in the coming year."
Joining Chamberlain as PLTA Officers for the 2018-2019 term are Charles Nowicki, CLTP, NTP, a partner in World Wide Land Transfer, Inc. in Trevose as VP, Lisa McEntee, Esq., CLTP, senior underwriting counsel for First American Title Insurance Company in Berwyn as Treasurer, and Todd Rowe, Esq., VP, underwriting counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as incoming Secretary.
