ROBESONIA, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate has arranged the sale of 402 East Penn Ave., a 2,700 s/f professional office building located in Robesonia. Tuxley, LLC acquired the building for $250,000, or $83.33 psf. The seller, BB&T Bank, was represented by Heather Kreiger of ROCK Commercial Real Estate. ROCK also represented BB&T in the December 2017 disposition of 1191 Eichelberger St. in Hanover. “The building located at 402 East Penn Ave. in Robesonia was purchased to be repositioned as a funeral home,” said Heather Kreiger, Brokerage Advisor at ROCK. “As banks are evolving their brick and mortar strategies for future growth, opportunities become available for other market segments to repurpose these former branch locations.”
