EAST NORRITON, PA — Local officials including Board of Supervisors Chairman Dennis DeSanto, joined the Tornetta Realty and Altman Management, companies and other members of the development team to break ground on The Residences at Bentwood, a five-story building with 261 luxury apartments at the Bentwood Executive Campus, a mixed-use complex on Germantown Pike. The first phase of The Residences at Bentwood will be ready for occupancy in early 2019 and the building will be completed by mid-summer 2019. Among the most amenity-rich offerings in the region, The Residences at Bentwood will feature a resort-style spa and pool, club room and fitness center.“We want to congratulate Tornetta and Altman on commencing construction on The Residences at Bentwood, which creates an important new housing option in East Norriton,” said township Supervisor Chairman Dennis DeSanto. “Our discussions during the approval process revealed the sincere commitment of the developers to the community, and we look forward to welcoming new residents who can enjoy the East Norriton we all love.”
