Baltimore, MD — Gabe’s, a national department store chain that promotes savings of 70% on everyday prices, has signed lease a lease with MCB Real Estate for 38,566 s/f of space within Eastpoint Mall, an 860,000 s/f regional mall situated on 7839 Eastpoint Mall in the Dundalk section of Baltimore County. This location represents the first in Baltimore County for the national department store chain that operates nearly 75 locations in twelve states including four in Maryland. Occupying the former Shoppers World space, this new lease elevates total occupancy at Eastpoint Mall to 90%. Scott Yurow of H&R Retail represented the landlord and James Murphy of Echo Retail and Ray Schupp of H&R Retail represented the tenant in this transaction. Gabe’s recently opened for business at Eastpoint Mall with more than 100 full and part-time workers expected to be employed.
