VIRGINIA BEACH, VA — Creative Development Partners, announced the recent groundbreaking of Stihl, Inc.’s new $25 million, 80,000 s/f administration building in Virginia Beach. Since the project’s inception, Creative Development Partners has served as owner’s representative for Stihl.
