What is your greatest professional accomplishment? Winning the Gold Award at The Condo Shop / TCS Management. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? I worked with a world traveler, Corporate Executive, family who wanted to live in Philadelphia but did not feel they could find the new and posh style they were used to abroad. On our last stop I took them to Philadelphia’s latest high-rise and she found her “Philly home.” What impact has social media / networking had on your career? Facebook has had a tremendous impact as I am able to reach a wide demographic of individuals I have spent the last 28 years forming relationships with. Whether it’s reconnecting with existing friends or expanding to make new connections, the network allows me to reach 1,000’s with just one share. What were some of your early goals and did anything happen to change them? I have always wanted to work with something I was passionate about. Which I didn’t realize when I was younger. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession?I went from farm, to suburbs, to city life in my 28 years. I love them all, for different reasons, and I find I can relate to any clients regardless of the variance in the home they search for. What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to become as successful as you are today? The fear of being rejected. The simplest and most effective way to overcome this is to be persistent. I work at it every day. What outside activities do you enjoy during you free time? I am mostly found on objects that have two or more wheels. I enjoy mountain biking riding my motorcycles and you can find me threading through the streets on one of the six bikes I own and built. I worked on a professional racecar team and have a passion for cars, most specifically, Porsches. Outside of my need for speed, I enjoy following the developments of Solar Energy and the endeavors of Elon Musk.
