Barley Snyder keeps growing, hires two more Attorneys

Lancaster, PA — The growth continues at Barley Snyder, as the busy law firm has added two more attorneys to swell its all-time-high headcount.

The two attorneys new to Barley Snyder are:

• Michael J. Crocenzi of York County is an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Employment and Litigation groups. Crocenzi’s practice includes workers’ compensation, and he has been active in volunteer work both in government and citizen pursuits. He is a graduate of Dickinson Law in Carlisle.

• Elizabeth L. Melamed of Lancaster is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group after working with one of the largest insurance defense firms in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.

The firm’s attorney headcount now rises to 81, upping its record amount of lawyers at the firm. Since last fall, the firm has brought in 11 new attorneys and has designs to hire at least two more by early 2018.

“These areas that Michael and Elizabeth practice in have been identified as specific areas where our clients have needs,” Barley Snyder managing partner Jeff Lobach said. “The business climate keeps changing, which means our clients have different business needs. We always want to be able to accommodate those needs, and these hires are an example of that.”
