YORK, PA — RGS Associates, Inc. announced that Len Bradley, PE and Aaron Bricker, RLA have become Certified Stormwater Inspectors. The certification was provided through the National Stormwater Center and focused on stormwater permit compliance, NPDES compliance, pollution prevention, public education and post construction stormwater controls. “Having Certified Stormwater Inspectors on staff will allow RGS to provide inspection services for compliance with Federal (EPA, NPDES and others), State and Local regulations by technically and ethically qualified professionals” said Joel Snyder, managing principal.
