Lewes, DE - NAI Emory Hill Lewes broker Ann Bailey, CCIM, represented the landlord in the lease of 4,122 s/f of space in the Vineyards of Nassau Valley to First State Compassionate Care, a new medical marijuana dispensary in Sussex County. The Vineyards, a mixed-use development on Rte. 9 in Lewes, has office and retail space and pad sites available.
