New Hope, PA —Gacek Design Group gets results with experiential design, a proven strategy developed by the interior design firm where research, expertise, and collaboration support the design decisions. With 75% leased and 65% occupied at Chestnut Square, this process helped to connect with consumers and created an urban design experience driven by lifestyle. Located in the heart of historic downtown, the charm and setting of West Chester served as the primary inspiration for the 11,000 s/f amenity space. It was important for Gacek Design Group to establish a design vision that offered a luxury, boutique hotel feel that embraced the integrity of the area, and complimented the resort amenities available.
Richard Gacek, owner and principal designer of Gacek Design Group said, “We are complimented by the positive feedback and pleased with the design experience that evokes emotion in a classical and timeless way. It’s all about what’s inside.”
Cornerstone Tracy partner, David Della Porta, added, “Gacek Design Group came to the project with enthusiasm and professionalism, and proved to be an important partner. We appreciate the team’s expertise, the differentiating design, and the incredible results.”
