The restaurant occupies 4,996 s/f with private dining rooms and a separate banquet facility. With this lease the retail portion of the Shops at Colonial Village is now 100% leased. “We’re excited to celebrate that LouCas has renewed their lease under the direction of Lou Cas Sofocli and partner Chef Alex Charlameous.
