STROUDSBURG, PA — KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group has closed on the sale of a 2.75-acre site along Business Rte. 209 at Rachel Rd. in Stroudsburg, which has been approved for Dollar General. Daniel Perich, CCIM of KW Commercial, The Daniel Perich Group represented the transaction.
Miller Bros Construction, LP – a preferred developer of Dollar General – obtained final approval from Hamilton Township for the 9,100+ s/f building. Dollar General has more than 12,500 store in 43 states. The general store carries name-brand products; such as food, snacks, health and beauty aids, as well as cleaning supplies, family apparel, housewares and seasonal items.
Perich said, “This was a very complex transaction and approval process that took almost 18 months to come to together. If not for the commitment of the Sellers and Miller Bros, this would continue to be a vacant lot.”
