Founded by Tung To in 2013, ToBox is an upscale men’s footwear boutique known for its high-end merchandise and impeccable shoe shines and restorations. Built in 1887, 1822 Chestnut St. is a premier location for a retail business. The former Duke and Winston space in the 13,532 s/f four-story retail and residential building features 20’ ceilings and is located just one and one-half block north of Rittenhouse Square. The transaction for the tenant was handled by Josh Haber, vice president and Jason Kramer, vice president, both working out of Binswanger’s Philadelphia office.
