Lancaster County, PA — Jeff Moderacki has joined the executive team of Lancaster County-based Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. As Benchmark’s CFO, Moderacki’s role is to provide executive leadership for the organization’s financial well-being. Benchmark has experienced accelerated growth in the past few years to achieve goals set in an aggressive 10-year strategic plan. To meet the financial management demands of this growth, the company embarked on a nationwide search for a chief financial officer. According to Mike Callahan, president of Benchmark Construction, Moderacki’s most recent experience working for a $150 million division of a publicly held commercial construction company was one of the factors that made him the right choice for the position. “Jeff’s experience with a large national firm means that he will be fully capable of supporting the growth path Benchmark has set,” said Callahan. “The fact that his personality and values fit our culture is an additional bonus.” Moderacki is a CPA with over 37 years of accounting experience. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Frostburg State University. He and his wife Karen have relocated to the Lititz area from their previous home in Westminster, Maryland.
