The transaction was negotiated in-house by Stephen Jennings, vice-president of leasing and marketing. Daniel Foley of Savills Studley represented the tenant. The firm – led by partners Edward Cillick and Suzanne Smith, and associate Jill Horowitz – is experiencing continued growth, which necessitated the expansion. Cillick and Smith’s practice areas include personal injury, criminal defense, worker’s compensation and family law. “Our practice has grown and the need for additional office space became a reality,” said Cillick. “Our first and only consideration was to augment our existing space at Court Plaza North, which has been our home for almost 20 years.
