BEDMINSTER, NJ — Advance Realty announced that Executive Quarters at Bedminster, the company’s strategically located office property in Somerset County has received the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award from the NJ chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA-NJ). Bestowed during BOMA-NJ’s 2016 Awards Dinner at Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park, the award honored Executive Quarters in the “Under 100,000 s/f” category. The property, located at 1545 Rte. 206, was recognized for all facets of its top-flight operations and management, which is overseen by Advance managing director of property management Rick Zack and a team that includes general manager Chris Galvin, property manager Daniela Nastasi and building technician Rory Halpin. “We have an extremely talented and dedicated team and this tremendous honor is a tribute to their commitment to excellence,” Zack said. “In a state with such a competitive office market, an award from a highly respected organization such as BOMA serves as validation of Advance’s strategy to create best-in-class properties by continually investing in both its buildings and its people.” Situated in the heart of Bedminster, Executive Quarters provides direct access to Interstates 287 and 78, and is near various dining and shopping options, including Bridgewater Commons. The 55,281-square-foot, three-level brick building is known for its warm lobby, which features granite floors, mahogany millwork, customized light fixtures and architectural ceilings. Executive Quarters features an on-site, custom-built fitness center that’s equipped with a multitude of exercise equipment, as well as locker rooms and showers. Additionally, the building offers amenities including a conference center available for large or intimate tenant meetings, a mail delivery room and dry cleaning services. To reduce the building’s carbon footprint, solar car ports, ground mounts, and solar roof panels have been installed.
