New York, NY — After a major façade and lobby renovation that has recently been completed at 853 Broadway, three new office tenants have inked long-term leases at the Union Square building complementing the neighborhood’s numerous financial, media and textiles companies. Brack Capital Group has taken the entire second floor of the building, totaling 8,815 s/f. Shaw Industries will occupy the entire third floor with 7,963 s/f.
