YORK, PA — It has long been said that the greenest building is one that already exists. USGBC will hold a session to explore the inherent resiliency of historic buildings and the tools available to finance historic rehabilitation projects. Using York’s Northwest Triangle as a case study, the session will demonstrate how multiple layers of historic rehabilitation projects and funding sources can be leveraged to turn an underutilized blighted area into a resilient urban framework.
