Chuck Lanyard represented both the landlord and tenant.In Ramsey, Ramsey Spine and Sports has taken a 5,000 s/f store front on Main St. Chuck Lanyard, and sales associate, Roy Paret, represented both the landlord and tenant.
In Flemington, Hunterdon Healthcare leased a 15,600 s/f location at 63 Church St. The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, Rolto LLC, in the transaction.In Oakland, Dr. Butler Chiropractic Works leased an 8,000 s/f space at 340 Ramapo Valley Rd.
