ClickPay moves to new headquarters facility in Hackensack, NJ

Hackensack, NJ — ClickPay, a provider of SaaS-based receivables management software to the real estate industry, has relocated its headquarters in New Jersey to support its rapidly expanding business operations. Sean Morley, first VP at CBRE Group Inc., represented ClickPay in its search for a new headquarters space.

The company, formerly headquartered in Englewood will relocate to a newly renovated, class A space at Continental Plaza, 411 Hackensack Ave. in Hackensack, occupying 11,000 s/f in the building. With security and compliance as ClickPay’s top priorities, the new building surpasses what the company required. Having a bank and a Social Security office as a neighbor helped bolster the confidence the company had in the facility.

“ClickPay’s new space in Hackensack will allow it to thrive in the technology sector, as the property’s layout and amenities will facilitate the attraction of top-quality industry talent,” said Morley. “Throughout the search process, the experience that ClickPay sought to offer its employees remained top of mind.”

As ClickPay has accelerated its customer growth, recently securing a number of high-profile clients it has also expanded its employee base through the addition of sales support, customer service, technical support, security and compliance, operations, accounting, implementation and marketing professionals. The company’s relocation to Continental Plaza provides it with a modern, fully-open layout that accommodates its expanded operations and facilitates collaboration between employees – a necessity in the technology space. In addition, the property features a roster of onsite amenities for employees, while remaining in a transportation-oriented location proximate to Manhattan.

“We were provided with a range of suitable options in the area, but this space in Hackensack ultimately proved to be the ideal choice for our operations, as our goal was to have an open, and collaborative space with all teams able to communicate very openly and clearly,” said Steven Van Praagh, president of ClickPay. “Our new headquarters sits on the ninth floor of the building – offering scenic views – while providing an open layout that accommodates our unique business model and a number of sought-after amenities for employees.”

ClickPay’s customer service, technical support, online payment services, data, accounting, billing and lockbox operations will be housed in this single headquarters location in Hackensack, while its sales and marketing teams will remain in the company’s New York City office.
